a) td sec has a lot of shares and is possibly a bigger investor
b) he doesn't intend to sell the shares
c) he puts a wall at the ask to accumulate shares
d) conclusion: someone with much shares wants even more shares.
e) i am thankful because i like it when nevous hands sell the shares into strong hands.
f) if he has enough shares....(you know what i mean)
