RE: RE: Not ready yetGood thing about what MAA is trying with the placement is that they are targeting institutional buyers. I believe they will find some. The question is how many shares and at what price.

I was thinking why they didn't go with BNP option, and it is pretty obvious. Complant deal doesn't require share dilution on the financing part. And I also believe the Burtons are trying to sell the company so that they can exit the job with nice payout. This family shop was one of the negatives that I realized before I got into MAA about a year ago. Enough with them.

If anyone is looking to park your money elsewhere: both MOL and FVI should bounce back in the next month, and MNB is already bouncing. MGA is still downhll but can't go down much further. NRI should give better return than MAA in the long run (2 years).
