Melman Report

Melman Report125 million is needed.

Ralph says he will not dilute further so a JV is in the cards.

Wonder if this is oing to be Chinese or one of the big neighbours next door?

As Ralph has always stated no JV for Soho I wonder how this is going to benefit the shareholders?

Anybody?
