IF ITS A 60/40 SPLIT WITH THE 35MILLIONcarats its way to small,its not going to work,who in there right mind would put 1.6 billion into a mine with such small margins,the risk reward is much to high,theres only 7 billion worth of ore,start subtracting everything that goes along with it,ouch,its not profitible,if so very little,right off the top you take 1.6 bill off,overburden another bill,then you add running the project over the mine life workers,ah i dont even want to start,its just to small,with 60% of 35 mill carats,and thats why its a penny stock,ITS NO DIAMET THATS FOR FRIGGEN SURE.WHEN YOU GOT OVER A HUNDRED MILLION CARATS OR MORE THEN WE TALK,STICK THAT LITTLE RESOURSE WERE THE SUN DONT SHINE. BASTA END OF STORY.JMHO.
