This is true, HAT will own 60% (70% if a feasibility study is done) of the Henday Property after 3 years work / $3.5 million.....however, that's not 60% of FDC. 

If they hit on Henday, then FDC will skyrocket to likely more than
.50 (MC of FDC ~ $55 million), which will likely make FDC too pricey for HAT to take out.  Not likely HAT would just buy the Henday property after a hit, because FDC would prefer HAT to increase the lbs in the ground at no cost to FDC.

This is all very speculative talk at its best though!!!
