Victor is trying to deflect what is happening to LBE by attacking ISM. Its an old story but he tends to reuse alot of old crap. The BB in his head he calls a brain only bounces a few ways.
 
The key here is to recognize that LBE is essentially dead and will, sooner or later, cede complete ownership of LBE to Jilin Jien because of debt, therby screwing the shareholders. (thats why LBE went under 20 cents on friday) The recent announcement that  "Liberty Arranges Additional Credit Facility with Jilin Jien Nickel" really is the death nel from which they will not recover.
