Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. Hardly believable!

Up a few cents on news of the Phase 3 approval in the UK. As a long term holder of this stock (7 years) I'm constantly amazed at the inability of the price to reflect the potential, and the news.

I wrote quite some time ago that I believed that Europe would approve Reolysin before the FDA. With a population base higher than the US, I hope I'm correct.
