Why is this stock still going down?

Why is this stock still going down?Where is everybody? Nothing but good news has been rolled out as of late for Bergio. It opened on the market at .40.  So why is it down to .07? Looks like it's time to buy. Can somebody give me a reason to not own this stock at this price?
