I knew Bailey had a legal out

I knew Bailey had a legal outIt was just too obvious...besides, Bailey knew all he had to do was make a hideous offer like the one he did and presto...he no longer has a legal obligation to follow through on his promise and he doesn't have to buy a company that doesn't possess the value intended in the release.

I am officially putting Bailey and Dunn Partners in my Google News tracker and next time they come close to one of my investments, I am selling right away.
