The shares ran up last week ahead of the news, my guess is some of last week's buyers became yesterdays sellers (the hot-tip crowd, not investors).  Drives a guy a little nuts in the short-term that people are walking around in-the-know buying shares while the rest of us small guys need to wait for news results.  But if this thing runs toward NAV, the pennies difference won't bother me too much in the long-term.
