Phone call. Letter

Phone call. LetterHi:

I received my phone call and the follow up letter at almost the same time. However, the caller merely asked if I had received the packet and if I had any questions, reminding me of the date for voting online. The letter asks for my support. She did not. I was also curious that the phone number was a local call. No real significance. Maybe just a cost saving thing. In considering it I would like to think they are sweating it for votes, but I really don't think they would go into this without having the number of votes needed locked up. I consider it more a legal issue, probably suggested by their lawyer to insure that no one can say they were not given opportunity to vote or were not informed. I am however, quite interested in the Mikoh situation. It surely would be a problem if we have material news not being disclosed. A problem for Mikoh, too, if they were colluding to prevent material news. Hard to imagine they would try something like that. Time will tell as Mikoh will have to release it publicly sooner or later. As it stands, I can only hope for a better offer. It is a shame it has come to this.
