RE: The AGMDon't know - wasn't there. Phoned my friend who was and was told.
Drill will be on the ground on Borland Lake within two weeks and company will announce that once they start drilling. Natives in area are cooperating with the company. Bending expecting some good results out of this area.
Sardine Hill is waiting for the final draft to come back with signature on it within the next week - hopefully. Their current financing should be closed this week. No idea when Mulgravian will be listed but they are using Sardine Hill as their qualified property which to me means they have a 43-101 done on it already (only my guess on that)
All in all I got the impression that about a dozen people attended including the Directors and it was a good positive meeting. Bending realizes that performance is key in the year to come (i.e. drilling) and that hopefully all the agreements will fall in place.
Management compensation was not discussed apparently or if it was it was done in private. Also my friend stated Glen O'Gorman was there but was looking very weak and tired.
On a personal note, I think if this financing is closed then the stock is set to take a little run on its own.
