I'm not so sure - #1 - how many of us have the $ to buy shares at 1/2 price - we have been beat up by this stock for so long.  I would not be able to buy any where close to 50%.  Also is 1B$ a big price for Endo to pay - if Urocidin comes off in big colors I don't think so. I would appreciate any comments.
