Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. I'm beginning to suspect that ONC doesn't want the warrants. With enough cash in the bank for about two years, why would they want to dilute the stock with the inevitable decline in stock price? Just wait until they are further into the Phase3 and finance, if they have to, at a much higher price.

In my original post I was being facetious, now I'm not so sure.
