RE: RE: RE: Nag facing mining challenges in KentucIf management had any "good" news, they'd be screaming it from the roof tops.
As I recall, NAG expected to be mining, #2 in January, and still do not have the permit which they announced in September, "would take 60 -90 days". (2 months behind and counting)
Weather conditions don't slow down the paper work.
If NAG could mine coal, as quickly as I'm losing my patience, we'd all be rich.......
I'd like to see the contract NAG has with the 1, buyer who will purchase, 15,000 tons a month.
Are there penalties for not meeting quotas, dates for delivery .... ?
If I was purchasing from NAG and selling the product to a 3rd party, and NAG wasn't holding up its end, guess what .... I'll find someone else who can supply me in a, "timely" fashion.
And eventually, NAG will have to fold up there tents and promote the hell out of their other dormant holdings.
I am not a basher, just looking at this, realistically.
