  The thing I remember most about Bonaventure was MaxT. He had a positve spin for any weird/bad news that was coming  out.
 We should also remember to look out for a company or president avoiding calls/questions. This should be a warning sign. Also, delaying the release of news for extended periods is a flag because if the news is good they wouldn't try to hide it.
 
You advice is sound Gambit. Especially the last paragraph.
