Is that what you are saying? RJ is promoting the stock now in order to unload shares it owns for clients and at the same time shorting the stock at these promoted levels ( slightly elevated)  to make money as the stock falls from there - as they already know it will soon go down with the selling pressure they are about to bring on.

In short ( pun intended) are you suggesting that one sell (and/ or short ) CLL on any uptick in the near future because serious selling pressure is around the corner ? 

Wellsitter says CLL is about to "take off" on the completion of a cup and handle formation - you seem to be saying it is going to "fall like a stone" because unethical brokers are simply promoting it in advance of their big sell off.
 
My guess is all the "pushing and pulling" will end up in a draw - the stock will go nowhere and Lonewolf will add "as usual".
