JOAMARis a really ugly basher that wants to mislead you with an articel from JANUARY 2009!
Since late 2009 we have a new mining law (oooooh all the natives lost). Sorry for you Joamar..INCA...or how one of your 100 basher-nicknames is!
You are wondering where these Ecometals basher come from and who they are ? (theypost lies 100 times a day and fake some News releases like today withfaking the date of the release>>> they posted a news releaseform over a year ago BEFORE the new mining law and manipulated the date )Now you get the answer. Feel free to post it timeby time tothe board toshow the newbies who they are and why they are here.
The newmining lawout laws these artesian mines (NATIVES) because they do ther esmelting(fireassaying) on site using fire and mercury instead of ina controlled laboratory like a professional company like ECOMETALS. Then they disposeofthe mercury typically into local water and this is thenegative effect mining has on eco systems. The effect the new mining lawsset to eliminate to better control there eco system so thelocals themselves do not kill it. They are oblivious to their owneffects.
The gentelman JOMARA here isone of these irrational artesian miners whose jobs have became illegalandcapitalized upon by government tax and royalties system insteadof lining the pockets of the locals with earnings. In timejob opportunities and ligit money will become available to these peoplebut they do not see the future only the present and right now it isagainst the law to do their job. So if you had nothing to do and justcould sit on your but every day but you had enough money because youwere successful artesian miner to have electricity and internet, runningwater cable all the do dads then you could propriate this typeof actions very very easily. As reiterated byD Major, "this individualis a local who has an issue with the new operations and loss oftheir employment" Makessense wouldn't it? He does not seemnearly intelligent enough event tohornswaggle his way into a venture business and get stock incentives...
