Buy out offer

Buy out offerEvery time they made an offer last year it was substantially lower than anyone seem to expect. Do we expect this coming offer to be serious (ie: 1$ or more)? I really hope so, but somehow I will have to see it to believe it. Any other guesses? The closest guess gets bragging rights.
