CLL - $6.67 NAVPS ?

CLL - $6.67 NAVPS ?
The latest version of CLL's presentation shows a net asset value (of reserves) per share (fully dilluted) of $6.67 .
Can anyone give me an idea of how NAVPS is calculated and in particular how it may ( or may not) take into account  costs associated with getting those reserves out of the ground.

This amount seems so far away from the Market value per share $1.32 - I can only assume the NAVPS is some type of "gross" figure that requires considerable adjustment to get closer to a true "net" figure that more closely reflects Market value.

In other words does the NAVPS of $6.67 sited by the company -  have any real meaning at all for investors and if not what type of adjustments must be made to it to give it meaning?
