(b) Severstal 19.79%
(c) FRANK GIUSTRA  = 37.9%

a+b+c=96.69%

a+b=58.79%

a+c=76.9%

b+c=57.69%

balance of float = 3.31% --This is what will happen in time-They will have a share reversal or they will buy out the minority shareholders.--Does that make sense. Does too me. Either way FRANK GIUSTRA is in charge and we will all do very well. If these things don,t take place than there will be one big company(1 million producer) of which we will own stock in.--I don,t claim too be smart, this seems pretty realistic. Anyway where going too make alot of money. Too bad that Hampton couldn,t get his head screwded on right. Stock is holding up nice today after a good move yesterday.--POLLY
