RE: RE: financing closedThe closing is good news for SWY but, in the short term, bad news for us.  The market hates dilution and almost always punishes a stock for an equity financing, regardless of the details.  If the broader market holds up, SWY will rebound.  I do think that SWY made the right move, cashing up while there is an appetite for its shares.  Back when it was languishing around a nickel, SWY would have had to nearly double the float to collect 11 mil.  Good job by SWY.
