Here is part of it but still looking for the full report.

Chariot Resources Ltd. (CHD CT): The company that explores for copper in Peru received an “overweight” rating in new coverage from analyst George Topping of Thomas Weisel Partners Group Inc. Topping wrote that Chariot “is an acquisition candidate due to the relative scarcity of advanced and available copper projects in mining-friendly jurisdictions.”

Also can't wait to see where they get their $6 from....
