RE: Not sure if this may help you.The only problem with that news release is that it conveniently left out what interest rate they are paying.  You have to assume it went up.   If the rate went up by 3%, it would equal a reduction of 
.12 per share of distributable cash.  That guess seems high to me but why does Arctic Glacier make us guess?  When that happens we have no choice but to guess worst case scenerio and a guess like that puts a share price target at about $3.00 per share, which means few self respecting investors would want to pay more than $2.25 to buy it.

I am glad I don't own it.
