If you read through their updates and corporate presentation, they make it clear that this is not US play.  Current MOU's on potential agreements are other countries not the US. In fact global market is much larger than US and not beholden to FDA approval.  So why do we think they were invited to WHO presentation. MDG technology is secured by patents so I would not be worried. Waiting for major announcements- Genopole and Ajanta are due soon if I am not mistaken.
