NY update

NY updateFrom IR

In NY, it’s moving quite fast and the development is easier. A lot of major company as Chesapeake and Fortuna are moving up into NY State. The geology over there offers 3 pay zone (Marcelus shales. Clinton sands and Utica shales) so it makes the play very interesting. The infrastructure being very well developed, Gastem intent to drill at least another well in NY and tie it to the network, this year. The NY State authorities informed us that they should come with their new environment policies for this summer (July) and we think that they are now ready to work with the industry and make it happen.
