What to make of news

What to make of newsI'm an investor with some interest in Macusani.  I note that Khan Resources, a major shareholder, is being acquired, and that Mega is selling its S American interests to U308.  I don't know if Mega's shares in YEL are part of the transaction or not, but they seem to be withdrawing from S America.  Are these developments good news, bad news, or indifferent news for YEL?  Maybe a current shareholder can enlighten me.
