Before the problems were issues that AG.UN could overcome. A justice department investigation and bad weather. Now the problem is the management and the infastructure of the company. It's debt costs just ballooned and the outstanding share count has increased by a whopping 25% in only a year. Management wants a pat on the back for paying down debt with all the distribution money they saved, but then end the year with more debt on the books, then when they started.
I think more than a few investors have just thrown in the towel on this one.
