I don't want to be alarmist and as I said it could just be an adjustment to the Management portion to reflect only the Directors. At the same time with the qualifications that I see listed for our Directors I think the best Directing they could do would be hiring the right people to do the job. Thus the mild concern about quaified rowers vanishing from the list.
