The UK gov't is not banning Art because he left Oilexco shareholder high and dry....they don't give two hoots about them.

They are banning Art because his terrible governance caused a lot of turmoil in the NS oil patch.

Even if Oilexco somehow came back into operation, with Art at the helm, they will not be allowed to operate in the North Sea.

They never said "Art cannot work in the North Sea if it's not with Oilexco"....they just said "Art cannot work in the North Sea"

The guy is a menace.
