FundamentalsGuys, last night was great and everything, but aren't you forgetting the fundamentals?
2,138,450,720 shares outstanding (95% of them are traded under CRUR ticker in Oslo only; the remaining 5% are the old CRU shares that are split between Oslo and Toronto)
$110 m long term debt
Current sp 1.19 (=0.21 CAD)
Market Cap 454 mCAD
EV ~560 mCAD
179 kOz production in 2009
3,870 kOz reserves at 1.6 g/t
or $3,128 per Oz of production
or $145 per Oz of reserves
So, if the company solves its issues, there is some upside left, but not that much
Now some other considerations
I am not sure that Endeavour will solve operational issues and drive the sp to its full potential. They destroyed sp of Coalcorp conflicting with some rich Russian guy.
They did not promote Etruscan, although they managed to get rid of the Russian presence. Based on their last PR when they say that the company is undervalued they basically say that they are sellers rather then buyers.
As to Severstal, they proved with HRG that they are greedy and stubborn. They offered 30 cents in summer, got few % and did not buy anything since
Do you own DD, but dig a little deeper!
