RE: RE: RE: Justin's calculationsThe 37% is the recovery rate based on Scotia's analysis. It just happens to be to same percentage as VST's interest. The reason I put 16.5% recovery rate for VST is based on their news release from Jan 18, 2010. In that resouce estimate, the recovery rate is 16 to 17 % (depending on which estimate you use)
