RE: RE: RE: Any reports from the meeting?

RE: RE: RE: Any reports from the meeting? What was said about disclosure?  Particularly the second bid?
Well they basically said they provided as much disclosure about the 2nd bid as they could.  The bidder would have pulled their offer if anyone was told any details about their bid.  Prarieboy will have more to add to this later I'm sure

What was said about Mikoh?
Norbert had no idea about any contract Mikoh has.  When asked about Mikoh being halted he thought it was because they had let go their CEO

Was there anything said about the fact Sirit was looking for 18monthes?
Norbert said that he never said that Sirit was searching for merger partner...he said that they had had discussions with other parties who approached Sirit and those offers were turned down at the time since they didn't provide the value that the BOD thought was fair.

I am disappointed in myself since while listening to the discussion about needing capital to win larger contracts it totally slipped my mind to ask as to why a rights or warrants offering wasn't put forward as a solution....kicking myself now.
