All the potential in the world is there, problem is, WSCE hasn't executed squat to date, hopefully that all changes.

tbrown's average is good, I've been in much longer and mine is much higher, its hilarious though!
It hasn't been much worse than 23 cents, at least not in the last 7 or 8 years,  where are you going with this?
