HFT

HFT Brokers can see bids/asks .30 milliseconds before the average investor can. HFT's(high frequency traders) use this time to do their thing. Watch the tape and see that nothing changes but yet the volume seems to go up.  Pumpers reply to questions or statments such as this by saying nothing. Like they did below.
