Cleland asks: “Any expectation on gross margin going forward, if someone’s trying to build a model for fiscal year for 2010-2011? Improvements, based on what you’ve learned over this long agonizing year?”
Response: Margins in our traditional markets, Canada and the US, will remain consistent. Improvements are going to come with the increased and higher margin revenues, from our license customers, both from the SaaS model and traditional licenses.
Cleland asks: “Any comments on the changes to your Board? Do you expect any more changes or appointments to the Board over the next while?”
Response from Martin Parent, board chair: Definitely more changes that we’re hoping to make to the Board going forward. Some changes…we’ll announce them in the very near future.
