thoughtsnice work firebug! well done on your portuguese.
I speak porkchop but I cant spend all my time translating for you guys. Ill be happy to do a line or two but I am quite hesitant to say too much here as I got threatened pretty harshly just a few days ago as you all probably remember. Sorry but I feel it prudent to back off a bit for now. But Im happy to post the links as I find them.
I suggest you go back over my posts for the macro situation here. These garimpeiros are high fiving eacother over this whole thing and any hiccups in the process from here on until lula gives the htumbs up would result in ´people getting shots to the head. Its the wild west up in that part of brazil and now that the ver very poor 40,000+ garimpeiros think the mine is going to start soon it would be political and literal suicide to stop this thing.
COlossus may be waiting for the 28th but who cares! this thing is a lock.
In other macro news ive been keeping an eye on the pgm situation. They are moving up faster than gold. Once the investment community realizes that the pgm supply is short going forward and south africa cant produce like it used to (mine depths/eskom energy prices) the pgm will shoot back up to $2000 IMO. Brazil has the chance, through Serra Pelada to be one of the 3 countries on earth that are pgm independent.
good times
