RE: who did'nt sellIn  at 0.23 and 0.235.  Worst case we land back around this level.  Most likely case offer is raised by severstal and endeavor tries to buy out remaining shares as well.  Potential, potential, potential.  Why sell for a quick few pennies when the potential is so much greater.  There are not too many shares floating around remember!!!
