Kodiak is in this for the return on their investment. they have every reason in the world to want our share price higher. lets say they write us a check for 6 million $ , if the average share price in that week is .32, we transfer them 18,750,000 shares. the deal must compose a hold period, probably from 4 to 6 months. now, with the project going forward, with our and their promotion of the project, how much profit do you think kodiak will make!!!! and that goes on for every tranche of money they transfer us. GREAT DEAL for both party's. I bet you guy's and gals that we the share holders will be voting on a takeover bid for our leadbetter play, at the next AGM in sept.
