That would give a struggling company a $160,000,000 mill market cap.

Don't waste our time posting nonsense. This must be your first investment!!!!

Recall other deals that went south becuase they said the product did not even work as advertised? Hopefully those bugs are worked out. This still may be a really niche product. I want to make some money on this too.....but there is a long way to go before that!!!

What about that outstanding lawsuit?
