RE: 6 MonthsSeverstal will not get this, he does not even have a chance, low bid and EDV is buying more and more shares each day. Right now the pressure is not on, since we are sitting at 39% how could severstal even have a chance, for real. The pressure is on him to raise the bid if he is serious. The clock is ticking, at almost a 1% a day, 20,000,000 of $2 Bllion is 1% he only needs another 10 trading days.
