To be fair
After my rant on this board and VGN board yesterday
 last night I e-mailed root letting him know how ticked off I was and I was blunt about it
well I got a reply this AM and I am sorry I did not e-mail him first
not that I was told anything other than he was sorry and he was going to make this work
which is good enough for me to hold on.
