RE: renmark's recordhalcrow go get them. Did anyone know that there is private patented land in the southwest area of the pit over 100 acres. They might get the next permit but they will have to fight for the private land. A while back on another board Bill at MSQ told that board of investors not to worry, MSQ will just take it using eniment domain. Once you pick up the shells in the shell game you see the slugs that crawl out.

Don't worry, they have no money, they can  not raise enough capital to bring this to production. Fact is they are shopping the whole thing so they can walk away and laugh at the chumps.  

Idaho is not Kentucky coal mines and I wish that MSQ would stop portraying Boise County as the next Kentucky. I can't wait until the public comment period.
