RE: I can't believe that you said ....If you check the insider trading and look at the dates of filings and transactions you will see something a little bit strange. David Scott did tranactions on several date back to Jun 01/04 but filed all on Jan 7/10 It looks like somebody is going over their paper work and putting the house in order. It indicates that they are getting ready to do something. IMO.
