A Question for FC

A Question for FCTell me why a mine so rich in gold and has their own Mill have to do a Private Placement for 25m.Sounds a little funny to me . Why don't they just mine the gold and make some money. Do you know the answer I don't think so.
All your pumping has no M to it  just Bull S.h.!.t. . Something here does not seem right to me ( Just my opinion )
If they mine the gold the money will come .
Can you solve the riddle with out any BULLS.H.$.T.
