Then,,, since they have no cash, they need to raise more money.
then they need to pull (at least 9 million) out of a hat to put Borealis into production. they way they spend money it will be 12 million.
Then since all their options are way out of price range, they will issue more at the lowest possible price ... they may even do this shortly after the AGM when the consolidation is approved.
Before you know it Sage will be a 100+ million share company again.... within a year IMO, unless a large portion of the 9 million is debt financing, but then again, what bank in their right mind would give Nigel a penny
That said, if you time it right you could make a few bucks on a swing, who knows.
