Business	Simmer and Jack Mines, Ltd (Simmers) is a development mining company, the shares of which are listed on the JSE Ltd.The group owns subsidiary companies that are engaged in gold mining and exploration activities in the Mpumalanga and North West Provinces, South Africa, as well as a 37.24% stake in gold and uranium company First Uranium Corporation (JSE:FUM; TSX:FIU). The shares of FIU are dually listed, with the primary listing being on the Toronto Stock Exchange and a secondary listing on the JSE Ltd.
