More Dilution Coming

More Dilution ComingI really like so many aspects of ENW; however, this sense of entitlement in releasing more and more shares (some of them backdated) to insiders is beginning to stink.  In my opinion, the insider selling is likely why our shares are not worth a whole lot more (insiders have a negative effect in two ways: (1) they dilute the outstanding shares; and (2) they encourage early, automatic selling).

The negative effect on share price by insiders considerably outweighs the positive effect of employee retention.  I hardly think there will be a mass exodus of employees if shareholders say "no more dilution to insiders".  Or at least, it needs to be scaled down.

ENW is beginning to act like the insiders are entitled to our hard earned shares.  We are the ones who took the risk and it is us and not the insiders who should primarily benefit.  Let's nip this in the bud - NO MORE DILUTION TO INSIDERS!!  If they don't like working at ENW, they can find another job.
