RE: Why I Am Concerned .........I think that's why they hired Mr. William J. Grable... based on my conversations with IR they have indicated how disappointed they have been with some ppl and the length of time it's taking to get things done, so they brought him in to speed up the process so that there are no more stupid delays.  IMO
