RE: RE: More Dilution Coming

RE: RE: More Dilution ComingSpicoli:

If you read the information circular for tomorrow's AGM, you will see that awarding new shares/stock options is one of the key items on the agenda.  Seems that ENW believes that incentives are necessary to keep and attract the top talent.  If someone is going to leave or not join ENW because they don't get their fair share of stock options, let them go ahead and find a new job - good luck to them but our insiders have been enriched enough.  They should have to buy shares (like the rest of us) if they want to participate in the growth of the company.

I am so sick of these companies that dilute the crap out of the early stage investors.  These insiders are always the ones who sell early too (thus further suppressing potential gains).

And please, NO BACKDATING shares to June 2, 2009 price of 35 cents.  I am not sure this is planned but it seems this could be part of their lame plan to enrich themselves at our expense.  Remember, we are the ones who put our money at risk in the early stage.
